A day at the park

It is a sunny Saturday morning. Anna, Tom, and Sarah are excited because they are going to the park with their parents. They have been waiting for this day all week.

Anna brings her red ball, Tom brings his kite, and Sarah brings a picnic basket. Their parents pack a big bag with drinks and snacks. The family meets at the park gate. The park is big, with lots of green grass and tall trees. There are many people in the park. Some are riding bikes, some are playing soccer, and others are flying kites.

Anna and Tom start playing with the ball. They kick it back and forth, laughing and running. Sarah lays out a blanket on the grass and opens the picnic basket. There are sandwiches, fruit, and juice. It smells so good!

After eating, the family decides to take a walk around the park. They see ducks swimming in the pond. Anna wants to feed them, so she gives them some bread. The ducks are happy and swim closer to the shore.

As they walk, they find a playground. There are swings, slides, and climbing bars. Sarah climbs the ladder and slides down, while Tom and Anna take turns on the swings. Their parents sit on the bench and watch them play.

After a few hours, it’s time to go home. Anna, Tom, and Sarah are tired but happy. They say goodbye to the park and promise to come back again soon.
