The Three Friends at the Park Yesterday was warmer than last week, so three friends went to the park. Mia is younger than Leo, but she walks faster. Leo is taller than both of his friends, yet he runs slower than Mia. Tom is the oldest, and also the strongest, but he is the quietest too. Mia brought a small ball. Leo’s ball was bigger, and Tom had the biggest ball of all. They tried each one and decided the smaller ball was easier to throw, but the bigger one was more exciting to kick. The grass in the park was greener than before, and the air felt fresher. It was the best day of the week. They agreed to return tomorrow: maybe it will be even better!
